Basic Tool for the Serious Entrepreneur

The Art of the Start was a revelation for me. I love Guy's direct style of communication and easy-to-understand presentation of facts and theories. To me, the way he chose a cover for this book is indicative of his brilliance and style: friendly, original and magnetic.

For anyone who wants solid information that can be used to build a successful business, I strongly recommend this book.

Great book

I follow Guy Kawazaki's blog and I found out about this book there a year or two ago.

I wanted some insight or advice on creating a business and decided to read this book.  Guy presents a set of "principles" that entrepeneurs, intrapreneurs, or anyone starting anything should follow.  I found it informative, inspirational, and even entertaining.

I've had a chance to see Guy give a presentation where he covered the material from this book and it was great.

For those that are interested, many of his presentations are on YouTube.  Here is one for "Art of Start".
