Interests
I enjoy reading, writing, debate, theatre, science, and learning. I am against the expansion of intellectual property law and in favour of complete social and economic freedom, although I don't get along with many people in favour of other social freedom- pushing liberty for one group above all others will result in a loss of liberty for everyone else.

Virent Ova! Viret Perna!! (Green Eggs and Ham in Latin)

    Latin is fun :D

After about a year of studying Latin at high school, I found out about this and other Dr. Seuss stories which have been translated into Latin. They helped me pass my final exam in Freshman year, and even now I still think they're just adorable.

After about a year of studying Latin at high school, I found out about this and another Dr. Seuss story that had been translated into the language. I find them hilarious and they helped me pass the finals! Time has passed, and I know more Latin now, but I still think these books are just adorable.
  • Jungle

    Jungle

    Interesting and touching

The story is interesting, but more importantly the book shows ethical problems in industry and mistreatment of low-paid workers of that era.
  • Julius Caesar

    Julius Caesar

    Very good play

Another of Shakespeare's more interesting works, I recommend Julius Caesar to all my friends.
  • Hamlet

    Hamlet

    A dark, intriguing play

Reviewed on 11/19/08 at 8:55 PM.

Hamlet is by far my favorite of Shakespeare's plays. The dark tones and mysterious elements keep it interesting, and while the language may be somewhat archaic, many modern teenagers can relate to the character of Hamlet.
